JDB Accounting Solutions makes focused, professional-grade software for accountants and the businesses they serve. It started with a simple frustration: the tools practitioners rely on for valuation and tax work are often expensive, clunky, and stuck a decade behind. So we built our own — modern, fast, and priced fairly.
What we build

Why trust it
The software is built and maintained by a practicing CPA, so the computations follow the same standards a preparer applies — Rev. Rul. 59-60 for valuation, current IRS rules for the 1040.
